Kindness at the Retailer

Doing some pre-Christmas shopping at a major retailer, I ended up having a conversation with the cashier, a young woman who generously shared all her cost-cutting tips.  She told me about a mobile phone app that would save me money.  And when I said that I did not think I had space on my phone for it, she ran back to where her purse was kept and brought out her own phone to show me.  She then proceeded to scan each of my items with her phone to see if there were any additional savings to be had.  I truly appreciated her eagerness to help me, and I left the store encouraged by her kindness.
