"The best portion of a good man's
life is his little, nameless, unremembered acts of kindness and of love."
~ William Wordsworth
It can be
that simple. A few days ago, I was at a
business meeting and as I was speaking, my throat caught. I paused and mumbled something about my
throat, and before I could even think about getting anything, a colleague of
mine two people down the table from me put a bottle of water in front of
me. He didn't say a word, but I was
deeply appreciative of his kindness.
