I recently
spoke to a very good friend and we talked about a recent event I had
attended. It occurred to me – after the
fact – that he would have enjoyed being there.
He agreed. I told him that I felt
badly that I had not told him about it and I apologized. He replied, “But you are giving me a lot of
joy telling me about it.” What a friend.
