The Kindness of a Reminder

I love felicitating friends on their birthdays -- it's the perfect opportunity to celebrate someone.  But every so often, I forget the birthday of someone whose special day I would like to remember.  Recently, a friend texted me to say that it was her husband's birthday.  I was so appreciative and texted him right away.  Sometimes kindness is just a reminder away.
