The Kindness of Sharing the Wealth

On a recent flight, I sat next to an executive with a technology company.  We talked about a variety of subjects, including faith, family and his business.  He shared that the executives in his company, including the president, are very frugal, including riding in Economy (which is where he met me).  He explained that being cost-conscious has enabled them to give bonuses worth millions of dollars to the company's 150 or so employees over the past few years.
