Kindness and a Friendly Parking Attendant

I recently had to attend a meeting with an out-of-town visitor at a fairly large university.  I was unsure of how difficult it would be to find parking and where I was going.  When I arrived at the multi-story parking garage where I was supposed to park, I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the parking attendant.  First, he directed us to very convenient parking.  Second, he told us to pay at the machine, but if we took longer than we had paid for, not to worry.  Lastly, he left his booth to direct us to where we were going.  It was a wonderful welcome to an unfamiliar place.
