A teenager I know was waiting to enter a government building that required being "cleared" by security. It was taking much longer than anticipated -- upwards of an hour -- and this warm-weather young teen was standing outside in 30-degree temperature. One of the security guards at the building felt badly for her and gave her glove warmers.
