The Kindness of Emojis

Sometimes kindness can be as simple as two emojis.  On a recent afternoon as I was getting ready to come home from a business trip, a dear friend sent me a simple text with two emojis -- an airplane and praying hands.  I couldn't believe that she remembered when I would be flying back.  What a thoughtful thing to do -- especially on World Kindness Day.
