The Kindness of Speedy Service

On a recent business trip, I ended up with very little time for breakfast as a colleague unexpectedly wanted to speak with me before a presentation.  I rushed into the hotel restaurant and asked the waiter what would be the quickest breakfast.  I ordered what he suggested and a couple of minutes later, he came out of the kitchen with my hot breakfast.  Surprised and grateful, I ate quickly and managed to be on my way in less than 10 minutes.  And I managed to make it to the impromptu meeting with plenty of time.
