Two women I
know are trying to lose weight.
Recently, it was weigh-in day. The
evening before, one woman texted the other that she was nervous about what the
scale would read the next day. The other
woman replied: "Don't worry what
certain things say tomorrow morning. You
are more than a number. You are getting
healthy, which in turn will make you happier.
Remember it's not a sprint but a marathon."
