On a recent
very hot weekend afternoon, I went to pick up food for a group of hungry
teenagers working on a school project.
Just as I reached my car balancing two soda cups and a bag with a salad
on top of two pizza boxes, I dropped my
car keys. As I was figuring out how to
pick up the keys without putting the food on the ground, a gentleman walking by
raced over, picked up my keys, unlocked my car and opened the door for me. And he was carrying a dog! Thankfully, a small one.
