I recently was
taking a train with a work colleague. We
each had our rollerboard suitcase as well as two other bags. When we arrived at the train to board, we
were faced with four steep steps up to the train. As she and I talked about how we would get
the bags up, a young man behind us offered to help. He put down his bag and foisted one suitcase
and then the other up onto the train. We
were incredibly grateful.
