We know it
takes a village to raise children. And I
am grateful again and again for the people in my village. Most recently, my son went on an overnight
school field trip – his first ever without a parent. He texted several times, but then the texts
stopped and I was not sure if he had arrived at their destination. But another mom texted me. She had a tracking app on her son’s phone and
she sent me a text showing me exactly where they were. Sometimes the best thing your village gives
you is peace of mind.
