Kindness at a Hotel Gift Shop

The other day, a woman I know was browsing in the gift shop of a hotel.  She overhead an elderly woman who was paying tell the cashier that she had a hotel discount card, but that she was having trouble pulling it out of her wallet because she had had hand surgery.  The woman I know asked the customer if she would like her to help, and then pulled the tightly packed cards out of the woman's wallet until they found the right one.
