Sometimes you
just need a little extra TLC. Recently,
I took a relative for diagnostic exams at the hospital. I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude of
the nurses and administrative personnel.
At the reception room where I took a seat to wait, the desk attendant regularly
checked in with the doctors to give me the most up-to-date information. When you are nervous about someone in the
hospital, a little kindness goes a long way.
