A woman I
know boarded a flight recently and struggled a bit to hoist her roller board up over her head and into
the compartment above the seats. She was hoping
that someone might give her a hand, but no one appeared. After she put away her bag, she turned to sit
down when she saw an older woman a couple of rows up having a difficult time
getting her bag into the overhead. She quickly
walked over to the woman and helped her get the bag up. As she returned to her seat, she realized
that as much as she liked having people help her, helping the older woman felt
much better.
