I sent
Fathers' Day greetings to various friends, including the husbands of some of my
mom friends. One of the dads wrote
back: "Thank you for your
friendship and the love you show my family." He and his wife are part of our village. Our children are very good friends and the
families spend quite a bit of time together. We help each other out on this amazing journey
that is parenthood. I was touched that
on a day when fathers are enjoying felicitations and attention, this father
sent such a thoughtful message.
