Our dear
friends who had been living on the other side of the world for two years recently
came back. To say that my family are I
are thrilled is an understatement. When
I saw my friend for the first time in nearly a year, I kept looking at her in
amazement -- it was hard to believe she was there in person. Before coming back to our city, my friend had
spent some time with her sister, and my friend shared how special it was to just
be with her sister. We live in such a
fast-paced world with so much coming at us constantly that it is easy to miss
the precious gift of just being with those we love.
