One of my
dearest mom friends recently went away for a beach getaway with her
family. And she brought me a beautiful
scarf with pom poms, which she knows I love.
It is one of those gifts that when you see it, you feel as though it has
always belonged to you. I was so touched
by her thoughtfulness not only in remembering me, but also in selecting
something that I would like so much.
