As I prepared to go out of town for a business meeting, I remembered that I needed to check the weather in my destination city. Before I managed to do it, an email arrived from a colleague in another state with the weather forecast for the city in which we would be meeting. I wasn't surprised -- this is the same colleague who is always thinking of others. At a prior meeting, he showed up with chocolate bars for all of us. At another meeting, he brought personalized labels for each of our computers so that we could easily identify our devices.
