Recently, I
was in the car with my children and a classmate of my daughter's. I overheard our guest compliment my son on a
drawing that he shared with her, which reminded me of how kind this girl
is. When my daughter began at her new
school, it was this girl who was the first to reach out and invite my daughter to her house. Three
years later, they are still friends and I suspect that they will probably be
friends for life. Having gotten to know
this girl, it does not surprise that it was her kindness that began
the friendship.
