The Kindness of Being With

Oh, those teenage girl years...  I am thrilled whenever I hear about any instances of kindness among teenage girls.  Recently, a teenager shared with me that she saw another girl in her class alone during a free period, so she decided to just be with her.  As we get older, we appreciate people who understand the importance of being with us during life's toughest and happiest moments.  But company on a regular day is pretty good, too.
