Recently at a
work-related function, someone was giving me a hard time about my forgetting to
run an errand. A colleague who was
present told the person giving me a hard time to "let it go." In an instant, that person endeared himself
to me, probably forever. When someone
rushes to our side or defends us, she or he earns a special place in our
hearts.
