On a recent
business trip, I caught a few snippets of kindness along the way.
At the airport
security checkpoint, a woman was placing her things on the conveyor belt when her
book slipped behind the table. The
passenger behind her immediately picked it up for her.
And then on
the airplane, before I even looked at my bag to place it in the overhead
compartment, the gentleman behind me offered to stow it for me. Naturally, I did not refuse his kindness.
