I was in a shopping center parking lot the other day waiting for a small bus to move so that I could continue searching for a spot. I noticed that the bus driver was yelling and gesturing to the car in front of him. As it turned out, the women in the car in front of the bus were about to drive off with a bag of what looked like food on the roof of their car.
