In the last
week or so, I have seen colleagues share the credit with others on more than
one occasion. It is heartening to see
folks giving credit where credit is due -- and the sharing earns not only
gratitude from the colleague acknowledged, but also credibility and admiration
for the colleague doing the sharing. It
is such a win-win and yet I still marvel when it happens.
