The Kindness of a Reminder

I recently attended a meeting on the topic of the family and I heard a speaker say that a child's education is the responsibility of her family.  Obviously.  But it got me thinking...  Am I teaching my children what I want them to learn?  So I have been thinking about the most important things that I want my children to learn and then trying to honestly assess if I am teaching them those things, especially by example.  Sometimes, there is great kindness in an important reminder.
